Baked Pears with Maple Syrup and Dried Fruit

Humble creation on my 1st attempt.

Decided to pamper myself a Baked Pear desert thatI saw on food channel the other day. It's really some comfort food! Hope you love it as much as I do..

Dinner Time!

Another attempt in making Pasta! this time it's meat ball and pasta. It went pretty well alas clumsy me spilling over a bottle of basil leaves, the dish short of a few herbs that I couldn't obtain at the local supermarket and a little less sauce then expected. Must say am satisfied.

Hope to get my hands on it again!

Dinner for ONE!

Steam Snapper Soba with asparagus & brown buttons. Yeah that's the dish I decided to whipped up, after watching 'Take home Chef' earlier in the day!

Initial plan was to whip up dinner for 4, but well guess it was just me any myself. Good thing the bottle of Sauvignon Blanc made it bearable to dine alone.
